Thank you for choosing Verosteeljewelry.com. Each piece is crafted with intention, durability, and care, and we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If something is not quite right, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and supportive.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be:
1) Unused and unworn
2) In their original packaging (including pouches, boxes, and tags)
3) Free from scratches or signs of wear
Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@verosteeljewelry.com or through our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with detailed instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
4. Exchanges (optional)
If you would prefer a different item or style, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are available once the original piece is returned in acceptable condition.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
1) Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
2) Refunds typically process within 1–3 business days
Note: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable
If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of wear, we may decline the refund or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or reship the item at no additional cost.
7. Order Cancellations
Please contact us at info@verosteeljewelry.com or through our Contact Form within 8 hours after you ordered if you need to cancel the order.
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, the return process must be followed instead.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
1) Check with neighbors or building staff
2) Allow 24 hours for final carrier updates

9. U.S-Only Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns and exchanges are also accepted from U.S. customers only.
