Thank you for shopping with VeroSteel Jewelry. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for all international and domestic customers.

We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and reliable.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days to process before shipment, unless otherwise stated. Once the item ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and the estimated delivery date. 

Processing time does NOT include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to United State, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Italy and Holland. If your region is not supported, please contact us at info@verosteeljewelry.com before move forward with checkout.

Address types we cannot ship to:
APO/FPO military addresses
Amazon fulfillment center or warehouse addresses

Please note that delivery service may be limited in certain areas. If your location is not supported, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team at info@verosteeljewelry.com so we can review your address and explore available delivery options.

3, For Germany Order: 

At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box or military (APO/FPO) addresses.

4,  For Holland Order: 

We are unable to deliver to the following locations:

Saba
Sint Eustatius
Bonaire
Sint Maarten 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery Time: Processing time + shipping time

● Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

● Express Shipping: 5–8 business days

Canada

● Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

● Express Shipping: 5–8 business days


United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Poland, Holland, Sweden:

● Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

● Express Shipping: 5–9 business days

Note:

1, Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance time and may vary depending on import processes.

2, It may take longer than expected date due to invalid address, weather disruptions or other unexpected causes.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information with the estimated delivery date via email.

● Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.  The tracking status may show as "package picked up, awaiting for transit" at that time. 

● If the tracking status shows “In Transit” or “Customs Processing,” it is normal for updates to pause temporarily.

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight & quantity, also with selected shipping method.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country.

 

These fees:

● Are not included in product or shipping prices

● Are charged by your local customs authority

● Must be paid by the recipient (customer)

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

7. Wrong Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

We cannot cancel, edit, or reroute orders after they are processed.

If an order is returned due to:

● Incorrect address

● Incomplete address

● Failure to receive package

 

We can reship it after receiving a reshipping fee (reshipping fee may vary from $7-$20 depends on the specific areas). 

Refunds are not provided for packages returned due to wrong address.

 

8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive the package:

Please check with:

● Your mailbox

● Neighbors

● Building/front desk

● Local post office

 

We are not responsible for packages marked as Delivered, as the carrier confirms successful delivery.

 

If the package is lost in transit:

● We will assist in filing a carrier investigation.

● If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

9. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed due to:

● Customs processing

● Weather disruptions

● Local courier issues

● Holidays or peak season

● Remote delivery locations

 

We cannot refund shipping costs for delays outside our control.

 

10. Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate parcels due to inventory availability or warehouse location.

 

You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

 

11. Failed Delivery Attempts

If carriers attempt delivery but fail due to:

● Customer not available

● Wrong or inaccessible address

● No pickup from post office

 

The package may be returned to us.

We can re-ship it after a reshipping fee is paid.

Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries.

 

12. Order Tracking Not Updating

It is normal for tracking to pause for a few days, especially during:

 

● In transit

● Customs inspection

● Weekends and holidays

 

If tracking has no update for 12+ business days, contact us at info@verosteeljewelry.com and we will assist.

 

13. Shipping During Sales or Holidays

During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, or other high-traffic periods

● Processing time may extend by 2–5 days

● Delivery carriers may experience delays
