1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply allows you to track orders easily, view order history, and save your address for faster checkout.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us within 5 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been fulfilled, we can no longer cancel or edit it.
3. How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed.
5. Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
6. Why was my payment declined?
A payment may fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, or limitations set by your bank. Please double check your details or contact your bank for assistance.
7. Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is shown in your confirmation email and appears on your order summary page after checkout.

Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, your email might have been entered incorrectly — contact us at info@vero-jewels.com and we'll resend the confirmation.
9. Can I place an order as a gift?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. Pricing information is not included in the package.
10. My order shows as delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local postal office. If the package cannot be located, contact our support team at info@vero-jewels.com so we can help resolve the issue.
